We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Due to the custom, built-to-order nature of our primary products, our return policy is specific and designed to be clear and fair. This policy outlines the conditions for returns and the process for receiving a refund.

1. Our 30-Day Return Policy

We offer a 30-day return window for eligible products. You have 30 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return for items that are not custom-built. To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and in its original packaging.

2. Non-Returnable Items

Due to the significant costs of customization, transportation, and installation, the following items are not eligible for return or refund:

• All container homes and custom-built dwellings. Once a dwelling is delivered and installed on your property, the sale is considered final.
• Clearance or discounted items.
• Digital products or services.
• Items damaged through customer misuse or negligence.

We strongly encourage you to inspect all products upon arrival and report any issues immediately, as per our Shipping and Delivery Policy.

3. The Refund Process (14-21 Days)

Once your eligible return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If your return is approved, we will process your refund to your original payment method. Please allow 14 to 21 business days for the refund to be processed and for the credit to appear on your statement.

• Shipping costs are non-refundable.
• Refunds will be issued to the original credit card or bank account used for the purchase.
