We offer a 30-day return window for eligible products. You have 30 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return for items that are not custom-built. To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and in its original packaging.
Due to the significant costs of customization, transportation, and installation, the following items are not eligible for return or refund:
We strongly encourage you to inspect all products upon arrival and report any issues immediately, as per our Shipping and Delivery Policy.
Once your eligible return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If your return is approved, we will process your refund to your original payment method. Please allow 14 to 21 business days for the refund to be processed and for the credit to appear on your statement.
