• Delivery Method: All homes are transported via a specialized flatbed truck. The truck is equipped to handle the size and weight of the container, ensuring safe transit from our workshop directly to your property.
• On-Site Installation: Upon arrival, a crane is required to lift the container from the truck and place it onto your prepared foundation. This installation process is typically swift and can be completed in a single day, depending on site conditions.

2. Shipping and Delivery Timeline

• Processing Time: The time it takes to build your custom-designed home varies depending on the complexity of the project. Our team will provide you with a detailed construction timeline at the time of purchase, which typically ranges from a few weeks to a few months.
• Shipping and Delivery Time: Once your home is fully constructed, inspected, and ready to ship, the delivery to your site will take 5-7 business days maximum.
• Scheduling: We will coordinate with you and our logistics partners to schedule a precise delivery date and time that is convenient for you. This allows you to have a crane and foundation contractor ready on-site.

3. Shipping Costs

• Quotation: Shipping costs are not included in the initial price of the home. The cost is calculated based on several factors, including:

• Prepared Foundation: Your foundation (concrete slab or pier foundation) must be fully completed and ready for installation on the scheduled delivery date.
• Crane on Site: You must have a crane and a qualified operator on-site to offload the container and place it onto the foundation. Our team can provide specifications for the type of crane required.
• Permits and Regulations: All necessary building permits and approvals must be secured prior to delivery. Our shipping team will verify this before dispatch.

5. Delivery Day Checklist
